Ashley Breakfield represents large-scale urban developers, real estate investors, renewable energy companies, and private property owners in sophisticated land use and real estate matters.
Stephanie is an Executive Vice President at The Swig Company, where she leads acquisitions, capital markets and capital raising. The Swig Company is a vertically-integrated family office that focuses primarily on office buildings and some multifamily properties.
Kyle Kovac, is an Executive Vice President and senior partner on the CBRE Northern California Capital Markets team. He specializes in the disposition of investment and development properties in the San Francisco Bay Area. Mr. Kovac has closed in excess of $10 billion of transaction volume on behalf of both institutional and private clients.
Joe McCarthy is Vice President and Director of Acquisitions at SKS Partners and has over 25 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate development. Joe’s experience includes all aspects of the development process with extensive experience in acquisition, entitlements, and project management. Joe came to SKS Partners in 2016 to manage the approvals of SKS Partners’ Oyster Point project in South San Francisco and has since moved into his current role as Director of Acquisitions. Joe has played an active role in coordinating the company’s annual strategic direction and is a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
