Speakers

Shola Olatoye, an experienced real estate executive, specializing in public-private partnerships. She serves as the inaugural Chief Executive Office (CEO) of the San Francisco Downtown Development Corporation (DDC).

A trained urban planner, Sarah began her California career in downtown revitalization, working to build thriving downtowns in Mountain View, Livermore, Redwood City, and other northern California cities.

Tamsen Plume is the executive partner of Holland & Knight's San Francisco office, partner in the West Coast Land Use & Environment group, and a regional co-chair of the national Land Use and Government team.

Kathryn is the CEO of Cahill Contractors LLC. Kathryn joined Cahill Contractors in 2007, becoming the fourth generation of the Cahill family to work in the construction business.

Melinda McLaughlin is Senior Vice President, Global Head of Research, for Prologis. She focuses on identifying structural industry trends and translating insights into strategic decision-making for the company.

Anjee Solanki is National Director of Retail Services and Practice Groups for Colliers U.S., leading retail strategy, innovation, and technology initiatives nationwide.
