CREWMates Mentorship Program – 2026 Season

Thank you for your interest in the 2026 CREWMates Mentorship Program — welcome!

CREWMates is a mentorship program that pairs rising real estate professionals with those who have experience in the industry. This program creates a positive mentoring environment where long-lasting relationships between mentor and mentee can flourish. It is intended to provide professional guidance, networking opportunities, skills development, and self-discovery. The program spans from March to September.

Program applications are open to both CREW members and non-members. Mentee participants should have less than 12 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Mentor participants should have at least 12 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.We are accepting applications now through TThursday, January 29th. Apply soon as spots are limited and expected to fill quickly. Please also save the dates/times below to ensure you're available to participate in all main program events this year. The Mixer on Tuesday, February 3rd will provide an opportunity for participants to meet one another and indicate their pairing preferences for the program.

The program fee for Mentees is $150 for CREW Members and $190 for Non-members.  Please contact us if scholarship support is needed.

There is no program fee for Mentor participants. 

2026 Schedule & Summary Forecast: 

  • Tuesday, February 3rd, 5:00-7:30pm – Mentor Mentee Mixer (In-person)

    • An opportunity for mentors and mentees to learn about each other before choosing pairings

  • Tuesday, March 3rd, 5:00-6:00pm – Program Orientation (Virtual)

  • Tuesday, March 31st, 5:00-7:00pm – Engagement Session 1  (In-person)

  • Tuesday, June 2nd, 5:00-7:00pm – Engagement Session 2  (In-person)

  • Tuesday, August 11th, 5:00-7:00pm – Engagement Session 3  (In-person)

  • Thursday, September 9th, 5:00-8:00pm – Celebration!  (In-person)

February through September 2026:

  • Structured workshops with industry professionals that provide opportunities for growth and reflection. 

  • Monthly check-ins by email with quick prompts, goals, and advice from program directors

  • Informal opportunities to connect and create community amongst participants

  • Group-chats/email-threads to stay in touch and share helpful tips, articles, insights, and recommendations to spark ideas and inspiration for other mentors and mentees
