Kevin Herron

Kevin Herron is the Senior Vice President for the West Region. He is a highly accomplished Project and Cost Management Professional with more than 30 years’ of experience in project management, cost and change management, contracts administration, project controls, dispute avoidance/resolution, and the identification and management of risk throughout the project cycle. His key experience lies in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech, Semiconductor/Hi-Tech, Power Generation, Leisure, Commercial, and Infrastructure sectors. 

Kevin has been successful in the practical integration of project control principles within the management of a wide range of projects valued to $25 billion. An accomplished team builder, his track record shows project success achieved through consensus and collaboration. Kevin is skilled in the implementation and supervision of control systems, including the development, execution, and refinement stages. These include project and field cost reporting, trend analysis, change control, engineering and construction process measurement, planning and scheduling, and resource optimization. He is also experienced in one-on-one management of contractor claims, negotiation of dispute resolution, and audits of field progress.
